• Class A CDL
• Minimum nine (9) months of verifiable Class A experience within the last three (3) years
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed, and/or Tanker
• Consistent Class A driving experience
• Safe driving record

• Deliver freight on regional lanes, consistently or repetitively
• Home every week for at least 40 hours within 35 miles of the customer location in VT or any location in VT south of Essex Junction
• All mileage (loaded and empty) paid
• Use of newer equipment (no older than 3 years) with Scale Bypass installed on the assigned tractor
• 34‑hour reset on the road bonus (not required)
• Guaranteed increases with options to earn more by working a weekend or a 6th day
• Paid orientation with single room hotel stay

• Earn $1,400-$1,600 per week
• Starting rate is $0.65 CPM (yearly pay increases)
