About the Role:

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team in Estero, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a premier spa experience, helping clients feel relaxed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor

* Schedule and manage appointments using spa booking software

* Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail products

* Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer service

* Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records

* Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations

* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area

Requirements:

* Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet membership and retail goals

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment

* Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus

* Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

* Positive, professional attitude and a passion for wellness and hospitality
