Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The Patient Services Specialist (PSS) works across front office stations, learning and performing duties of all stations and assisting colleagues as needed. Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and flexibility are essential. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Education and QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED required.
Previous Experience- Experience in healthcare is highly preferred. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.

Must exercise independent judgment and strong problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management, and organizational skills. - Interpersonal Effectiveness:
