• Assist the Director in daily operations and management of the school.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
• Manage enrollment processes and maintain strong relationships with families.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation with teaching staff.
• Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the school.
• Lead by example in maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and the community.
• Passion for early childhood education and commitment to children's growth.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
