New Horizons of SWFL is looking for an experienced Assistant Director in an educational or ministry field. The Assistant Director will assist in the management of all aspects of a Super Teens Club site to ensure that the program meets the educational and spiritual objectives and is managed in accordance with policies and procedures. In the absence of the Director, supervises all staff and volunteers assigned to the STC to provide well-coordinated assistance to students.
Prepares a productive and engaging environment for students and volunteers which includes mentoring and tutoring students.
