A family-owned machine shop is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to enhance production operations through process optimization and implementation of lean practices. Responsibilities include developing process plans from blueprints, supporting New Product Introduction, and providing engineering support to manufacturing teams. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant engineering degree or have at least 5 years of experience in a related role, with expertise in CAD and Solid Works.
