Pay Range: $21.54 – $25.31 per hour (based on experience)
Sign‑On & Relocation:
Up to $5,000 each if located more than 50 miles away

- Room patients and obtain/document accurate vital signs
- Prepare patients for provider exams and procedures
- Administer injections and perform clinical tasks within scope
- Assist with specialty medications and treatment workflows
- Ensure precise EMR documentation
- Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow‑ups
- Maintain organized, fully stocked exam rooms
- Provide thoughtful education and support to patients managing chronic conditions
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Relevant direct Medical Assistant experience
Specialty or rheumatology experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right motivated candidate.

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a medical assisting program or post‑secondary program accredited to prepare the medical assistant for the national CMA, CCMA, or RMA exam preferred.
Experience: Medical assistant experience preferred but not required for graduates within 2 years of completion of a medical assisting program or post‑secondary program. One year of medical assistant experience in a physician’s office or hospital outpatient department may be accepted in lieu of degree/diploma from an accredited program.
License: Not required.
Certifications: CMA, CCMA, or RMA preferred. BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) required (must be obtained within first 90 days of hire).
Other: Medical terminology, communication skills, and basic computer knowledge required. Early/late hours and/or weekends may be required.
