• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for Full‑Time status clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution and on track to obtain licensure.
• Clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) required.
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents timely.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.

$58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
