Live To Move Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our innovative and patient-centered rehabilitation facility located in scenic Estero, Florida. The rehabilitation center operates onsite with an emphasis on teamwork and communication among a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or the option of four 10-hour shifts, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. We ensure that our Physical Therapists have access to comprehensive support and resources needed to provide the best care possible.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility limitations and design personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic protocols aimed at restoring movement and function.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery strategies and exercises to be performed at home, ensuring optimal continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to achieve shared patient goals.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each patient will be crucial in providing personalized care. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive and motivating environment that encourages patients to engage actively in their recovery process.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to optimizing rehabilitation outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with specialized therapy equipment and modalities, enhancing the therapeutic experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing treatment strategies for varied patient conditions and backgrounds.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
