Greet guests with a warm manner and acknowledge everyone who comes within 5 feet with a smile;
Provides highest level of service by adhering to all Miller’s Ale House service standards;
Interacts with Guests to create “Ale House Raving Fans”;
Maintains a neat and organized bar work area; to include bar tops and area around the outer bar;
Possesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team;
Possesses basic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate the restaurant point-of-sale software;
Notifies Management immediately of any potential Guest, Team Member, or operational issue; to include long ticket times
