About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Website Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for new clients as they begin their website journey with us. You’ll guide them through onboarding, collect key materials, and help them understand how their new website will work.

Your goal is to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience that sets each project up for success.

What you’ll do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase of website projects
  • Guide clients in gathering and submitting required materials (content, images, logos, etc.)
  • Explain website structure, features, and basic functionality in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Educate clients on how our websites support SEO and organic growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with client expectations
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions
  • Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the client experience
Qualifications
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer service roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

    Clear communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
