Responsibilities
  • Take a minimum of 25 inbound calls per day.
  • Reach out to existing customers and cross‑sell products and services.
  • Address questions and find solutions for clients by adhering to the “Start to Finish” service model.
  • Handle all customer questions or concerns, set expectations, and complete any follow‑up work from client interactions.
  • Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps.
  • Assist customers in office as needed.
Requirements
  • Hold a 2‑20 Property and Casualty license.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years in insurance.
