Medication Technician

American House Senior Living Communities -  -  - Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer medications as allowed by state regulation following established policies and procedures.;
Accurately complete required documentation of medication administration at time-of-service delivery.;
Verify identity of resident receiving medication and record drug name, dosage, route, and time of administration.;
Review MARs after administration and before end of shift to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.;
Maintain security of medication cart and narcotic keys, and conduct narcotic counts per policy.
