Job Overview

Lens Crafters offers a dynamic part‑time Sales Associate role focused on delivering top‑quality eye care and eyewear services. The position is located at Lens Crafters store #003356.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills.
• Comfort with new technology and change, maintaining high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, along with health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
