• 4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Advanced selling experience with comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts.
