Your core responsibility is to help customers pick a new pair of shoes or style an outfit, ensuring they enjoy their time with us in store.

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards – front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, assisting with loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven atmosphere.

• Performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Retail environment.
