Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $16.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

• Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast.
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn.
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability.
• Paid training completed online.
• $25 per month technology reimbursement.
