You will be the customer’s guide through the bewildering world of insurance, offering a friendly, reliable, and educational experience while saving them money.
Responsibilities- Make 25–50 prospecting calls daily.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and answer questions from clients interested in life insurance.
- Call potential clients based on acquired leads, client referrals, and web inquiries.
- Quote, prepare, and bind life insurance policies.
- Achieve or exceed an annual production quota of $75,000 in new life insurance sales.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial situations by scheduling fact‑finding appointments and assessing current coverage and investments.
- Build and maintain a client base; keep existing clients informed about products and services through annual reviews to assess changing needs.
- Provide yearly reviews of existing clients and conduct changes, including processing changes of beneficiaries, ownership, and upgrades in policy amount or type.
- Work closely with underwriters and medical vendors to ensure client applications are processed effectively and timely.
- Communicate underwriting and sales updates to sales management regularly.
- Existing client base – access to 30,000+ current clients with relationships you can prospect.

- Florida 2–15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Agent license required.
- 2+ years’ experience working in the life insurance industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work remotely and exercise independent judgment.
- Capacity to manage tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Strong passion for serving clients with a mindset of going above and beyond in every interaction.
