Responsibilities
  • Take a minimum of 25 inbound calls per day.
  • Reach out to existing customers and cross‑sell products and services.
  • Address customer questions and provide solutions following the “Start to Finish” service model.
  • Identify and address client needs and fill coverage or policy gaps.
  • Assist customers in the office.
Requirements
  • Hold a 2–20 Property and Casualty license.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance.
