As an Office Administrator, you’ll manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including payroll processing and financial reconciliations. Your attention to detail will help in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance during month-end and year-end closures, and assisting with various administrative support tasks.

• Conduct full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities

• Assist in finalizing month-end and year-end reports
• Provide administrative support and basic reporting
Requirements:
• Background in bookkeeping or relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software like Quick Books
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail with excellent time management
