Make a meaningful impact with Sensity as an Access Intervenor Services Coordinator. This part-time position is designed for individuals passionate about supporting the deafblind community through effective service coordination and administration.
As the AIS Coordinator, you will manage the application process, ensuring that all responses are timely and informative.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, scheduling assessments, and maintaining comprehensive records. Attention to detail and a commitment to privacy are paramount in this position as you engage with sensitive information and fulfill reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review AIS applications for completeness and eligibility
• Communicate timely updates on application statuses
• Schedule and coordinate assessment meetings
• Prepare monthly documentation for board meetings
• Provide training to AIS support staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
• Background in administrative roles within social services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office
• Capacity to manage confidential information respectfully
