Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intake and creation of service work orders

• Review and organize service-related documentation

• Compile and submit customer information for approval

• Process invoicing for service work and warranty claims

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred

• Strong time management and computer skills
