As a key member of the Brokerage Operations team, you will ensure compliant maintenance of RESP accounts under CESP and Revenu Quebec guidelines. Your responsibilities include processing client requests, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will directly impact client satisfaction and uphold the firm's integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process RESP enrollments and maintenance requests promptly

• Handle EAP and PSE withdrawals accurately

• Ensure all RESP transfers are compliant and correct

• Investigate and resolve client inquiries with precision

• Maintain organized electronic documentation and audit trails

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent in finance or administration

• Over 1 year of brokerage experience, ideally in RESP

• Familiarity with KYC and AML compliance standards

• Proficiency in G-Suite, especially Google Sheets

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
