*** Daytime schedule:
Monday to Friday.
* Known customer base, reliable and high-quality products.
* Opportunity for advancement.
* Customer service or sales experience.
* Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers.
* Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people.
* Good computer skills.
** Here’s a typical day:
*** When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment.
* Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed.
* Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
* Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing.
* Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
* Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.#
