As an Outside Parts & Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and building long-lasting relationships. This position requires effective communication, strong sales skills, and the ability to work independently while regularly visiting clients to discuss their requirements. You will also assist in territory planning to maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and expand customer relationships effectively
• Implement your strategic territory plan yearly
• Conduct monthly client visits and cold calls
• Provide support to Parts & Service departments
• Keep detailed records and follow up on customer feedback
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
• Knowledge of Peterbilt parts is essential
• Excellent communication and service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Flexibility for travel within assigned areas
