Concrete Pump Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Pump Operator to join our team and operate our brand-new machine. The ideal candidate has hands on experience operating boom and line pumps, understands safe job site practices, and takes pride in delivering high quality work. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting concrete pump trucks on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.

• Safely operate boom or line pumps to place concrete according to project specifications.
• Position the truck, set outriggers, and ensure safe hose routing and pump placement.
• Perform daily inspections, clean the pump and hopper, and report mechanical issues.
• Work with finishers and site supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient concrete delivery.
• Follow all company, provincial, and site specific safety protocols (PPE, lockout, traffic control, etc.).
• Identify and resolve blockages, hose issues, or mechanical problems quickly and safely.
• Maintain professional communication with contractors, site supervisors, and team members.

• Class 3 or Class 1 License with clean driving record (SK specific requirement).
• Concrete Pumping Experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
