FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking four (4) temporary Summer Students to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team this summer. This is a full‑time position on a 4‑month term based at the McIlvenna Bay site working either a 7/7 or a 14/14 rotation. This term position is from May until the end of August 2026.

Foran Mining is a modern mining development and exploration company advancing Canada's only greenfield copper project currently under construction: the McIlvenna Bay deposit in Saskatchewan. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world‑class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. As part of the Site Services Team, this temporary Summer position is responsible for performing a variety of general labour duties on surface to aid the advancement of our project site in a safe and efficient manner.

• Packing and moving of various items from around the site to the warehouse and other surrounding buildings.
• Prepping and painting of Sea Can containers on site.
• Perform general site clean up duties while following proper disposal requirements.
• Assist warehouse personnel with stocking of materials and other supplies onto shelves.
• Pickup/drop off supplies to nearest centre by vehicle as required.
• Perform various general cleaning/organizing activities required at the project site.
• Assist the Environment and site services team with inspection and sample activities.
• Data entry for underground or service work or inspection sheets.
• Support with document control, categorizing and uploading material.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and currently enrolled in full‑time studies, or planning to begin full‑time post‑secondary studies in the fall.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Standard First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work outdoors in an industrial environment.
• Ability to demonstrate safe and efficient work practices.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workplace.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
• Strong decision‑making and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

$22.40/hr
