As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a vital role in constructing durable concrete surfaces. This hands-on position requires expertise in placing and finishing concrete, form setting, and using hand and power tools. You will actively participate in safety meetings and follow health and environmental policies, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place and finish concrete in various projects
• Ensure high quality of finished work
• Set forms accurately for grade and design
• Operate small power tools and equipment
• Conduct Field Level Risk Assessments before tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience with concrete and power tools preferred
• Must be safety oriented and able to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to work unsupervised
