Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately

• Measure and cut lumber and plywood for forms

• Assemble forms and ensure alignment and security

• Pour and finish concrete using hand tools

• Inspect and repair forms as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a form worker or carpenter

• Proficient in hand and power tool usage

• Strong attention to detail in measurements

• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
