Contribute to sustainable building practices as a Roofer focused on green projects. This on-site position involves installing and repairing roofing systems to support environmental preservation.
We are looking for a skilled Roofer with 2-3 years of experience to work on sloped roofs. This role includes installing asphalt and wood shingles, as well as repairing metal roofs and sheet metal flashings. Participate in efforts that help Canada achieve its net-zero target through eco-friendly roofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install asphalt and wood shingles on sloped roofs
• Repair and replace roofing tiles and systems
• Use hand and power tools to install metal roofs
• Install sheet metal flashings for protection
• Erect scaffolding and working platforms for safety
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of roofing experience
• Ability to work on-site with no remote options
• Bondable for security purposes
• Knowledge of green job practices
