• Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, metal, and other siding products
• Measure, cut, and fit siding materials accurately.
• Install soffit, fascia, trim, and exterior finishing components.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Work effectively as part of a construction crew.

• Previous siding installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of exterior cladding systems and construction practices.
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders or scaffolding.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift and carry construction materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
