Position: Technician for Agricultural Equipment Needed

Nelson Motors and Equipment is hiring an Agricultural Equipment Technician to deliver top-notch diagnostics and service. Join a passionate team dedicated to client satisfaction and expert repairs.

As a crucial member of our team, you will engage in complex repairs and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment. This role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, particularly with John Deere machinery, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong skills in mechanical and electrical systems are preferred.

• Execute diagnostics and thorough repairs efficiently

• Maintain high standards of service quality

• Collaborate effectively with clients and junior techs

• Utilize technology to boost service performance

• Actively mentor apprentices as needed

Requirements:

• Certification as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or similar

• Minimum 5 years relevant diagnostic experience

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and technology

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs regularly

• Valid driver’s license required
