In the Supervisor 1 role at Magnum, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of field cementing jobs. This position is tailored for individuals with supervisory experience in cementing, paired with the willingness to learn and adapt  will ensure compliance with safety protocols and effectively lead your crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct crew operations on basic remedial jobs

• Operate two core cementing equipment types effectively

• Liaise with clients and internal departments seamlessly

• Conduct maintenance evaluations on drivers and equipment

• Complete end-of-job reporting and ticket verification

Requirements:

• Hold a valid class 1 or class A CDL driver’s license

• Proven experience in oil and gas cementing supervision

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Physically capable of completing demanding tasks

• Willing to work a 24/15 rotational on-call schedule
