Job description
Hire Art is helping our client find a reliable Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager.
In this role, you'll focus on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and routine fleet-related paperwork. This is an entry-level role designed to support day-to-day fleet operations and ensure records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
As a Fleet Support Specialist, you'll:Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals.Coordinate and track annual vehicle inspections and required compliance documentation.Maintain accurate digital and physical records for fleet vehicles.Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork.Track deadlines for inspections, registrations, and related fleet requirements.Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed regarding documentation status.Perform general administrative tasks related to fleet operations.Support additional fleet-related projects as assigned.Requirements
