Monday to Friday schedule

Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination

Oversee inbox management and prioritise communications

Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documentation

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries

Track expenses, reimbursements, and supporting documentation

Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met

Support office administration and daily operational coordination

Personal Assistant Support

Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and family logistics

Manage travel planning and scheduling

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers

Support errands and personal administrative matters as needed

Track important dates, reminders, and follow‑ups

Provide trusted support for personal and family‑related administrative tasks

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

Strong ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters

Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confident, adaptable, and able to work independently

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
