Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
    • Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
    • Oversee inbox management and prioritise communications
    • Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and briefing documentation
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Track expenses, reimbursements, and supporting documentation
    • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
    • Support office administration and daily operational coordination
  • Personal Assistant Support
    • Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and family logistics
    • Manage travel planning and scheduling
    • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers
    • Support errands and personal administrative matters as needed

      Track important dates, reminders, and follow‑ups
    • Provide trusted support for personal and family‑related administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
