6-Month Contract with possibility of extension

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and service enhancements
• Lead supplier negotiations across key spend categories while ensuring alignment with company objectives and internal policies
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure service, quality, and performance expectations are achieved
• Analyze supplier capabilities, proposals, financials, and market conditions to support strategic sourcing decisions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support business requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation within sourcing practices
• Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and industry developments to support procurement planning and risk mitigation
• Support contract development and supplier agreement management activities
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sourcing practices
• Assist with KPI tracking, supplier performance monitoring, and sourcing analytics initiatives

• University degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
• 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within food and beverage manufacturing or food commodities
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and supplier service‑level expectations across multiple spend categories
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing complex spreadsheets and quantitative analysis
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast‑paced workplace
• ERP/procurement systems experience considered an asset
• Dairy industry and/or global procurement exposure considered an asset
