Utilities Business Analyst Co-op

Join us as a Business Analyst Co-op Student based in Etobicoke, contributing to our Utilities business unit. Focus on process audits, improvement opportunities, and documentation efforts.

This co-op position works under the Senior Analyst for a duration of 12-16 months. You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify compliance issues and recommend actionable solutions, directly impacting operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to gather business processes documentation

• Report deviations from standard operating practices

• Analyze root causes and potential impacts

• Present key metrics during operations calls

• Identify and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Familiarity with SAP preferred

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• Experience in the utilities industry is advantageous
