Thunda Thighs is a rapidly growing fashion brand designing and producing apparel exclusively for the plus sized market. Our first product, thigh high socks for juicy thighs has been a runaway success. Since its launch in 2019, Thunda Thighs has grown by following a straightforward formula of authentically serving our customers with products designed for their bodies. By listening to our customers and understanding their unique needs we’ve delivered a product and brand that they love.

Now, we are looking for a Part-Time Social Media and Community Assistant to support our day-to-day social media presence, creator discovery, community engagement, trend research, product seeding, and light content creation.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally online, understands what is trending, knows how to engage with creators in an authentic way, and can help Thunda Thighs build stronger relationships with models, affiliates, creators, and customers.

• Stay active across all social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant social platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, fashion trends, video styles, lifestyle content, and what is current with our customer base.
• Find potential creators, models, and affiliates who align with the Thunda Thighs brand.
• Like, comment, reply, and engage with creators in a natural, brand-aligned way.
• Build genuine relationships with creators before and after product seeding.
• Support creator outreach for product seeding and affiliate opportunities.
• Track creator outreach, gifted products, follow-ups, posts, and relationship status.
• Follow up with creators after products are delivered to encourage posting and maintain the relationship.
• Identify creators who may be a good fit for future product drops, campaigns, modeling, or deeper partnerships.
• Monitor and support DMs, comments, replies, and social conversations as needed.
• Create light on-brand content featuring Thunda Thighs products when needed, including faceless videos, styling clips, product close-ups, unboxings, or trend-based content.
• Share weekly updates on trends, creator leads, engagement activity, seeding progress, UGC opportunities, and community feedback.
• Work with the marketing team to support campaign priorities and social media goals.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and current social media culture.
• Interest in fashion styling, lifestyle content, body positivity, and creator culture.
• Comfortable engaging with creators, customers, community members online.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized to track outreach follow-ups, gifting, and creator relationships.
• Comfortable creating basic content for posting on social media platforms.
• Proactive, creative, and able to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Experience with photo and video editing software, influencer outreach, affiliate programs, UGC, or e-commerce is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
