Senior Financial Analyst

You will own the financial insights that inform the company's operations and performance, ensuring proactive investigation and clear communication of complex data trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct budget vs. actuals and variance analysis

• Develop actionable insights from financial data

• Own monthly reporting packages and performance metrics

• Collaborate with leadership and non-finance teams

• Manage reporting processes across diverse divisions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Financial Analysis or FP&A

• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably Epicor

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expertise in budget forecasting and variance methodologies

• Advanced Excel skills including modeling and pivot tables
