Key Responsibilities:
• Own financial reporting and performance analysis for divisions
• Investigate variances and identify actionable trends
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for management
• Deliver clear insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities in a product-based environment
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Financial Analysis / FP&A
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Proficient in ERP systems like Epicor Prophet 21
• Advanced Excel skills required
