Onsite Controller

Position: Onsite Controller Role
Join the dynamic team in Etobicoke as a Controller overseeing critical accounting operations onsite five days a week. Bring your expertise in financial reporting and Excel to elevate our practices.

We are seeking an experienced Controller with 5-10 years in accounting or finance, possessing a strong command of GAAP and robust financial modeling skills.

Your role will encompass the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Quick Books or Net Suite is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Deliver timely reporting and analysis to the CEO

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 5-10 years full-cycle accounting experience

• Solid command of GAAP and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling

• Experience with Quick Books, Net Suite, or Sage systems
