Financial Data Analyst

Reporting to the VP Finance & Controller, this role emphasizes financial analysis across various divisions. You will delve into financial models and reporting, proactively addressing variances and uncovering trends that affect business outcomes. Your ability to work with imperfect data will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed variance and budget analysis

• Translate financial data into impactful insights

• Own monthly financial packages and data reporting

• Collaborate closely with leaders and non-finance stakeholders

• Manage performance insights across multiple business units

Requirements:

• 3+ years in financial analysis or FP&A roles

• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities
