Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Learning & Development Manager will drive and execute training programs, collaborating with the People & Culture team and subject matter experts. The role focuses on implementing engaging learning experiences across all employee levels.
Key Responsibilities Live our values and beliefs by modeling the company's culture in daily tasks.
Support the mission by creating and implementing company-wide training programs that align employees with the vision and values.
Develop high-quality, engaging learning programs, including in‑class and online courses via Workday LMS; produce participant guides, job aids, and support tools.
Embed training in the workplace using change‑management techniques.
Source, direct, and manage vendors for content creation and manage related budgets.
Facilitate corporate training programs (e.g., Orientation, Manager 101) on‑site and virtually; review programs regularly for relevance.
Support the administration of the Workday Learning Management System: create, upload, and maintain content; ensure a world‑class online learning experience.
Job Specifications Education :
University or college graduation in HR, education, or a related field.
Experience : 2+ years working with Workday Learning module and integration solutions; 3+ years in an HR learning capacity.
Skills :
Excellent communication, adult learning theory, change management, facilitation, project management, MS Office; ability to work independently or in a team, manage priorities, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
Salary $85,000 to $90,000 per year.
