Supervise daily operations ensuring safety, service quality, compliance, and maintain tools/equipment for efficient store functionSupport team training, development, scheduling, coaching on best practices, and promote a respectful, results-driven cultureHandle inventory management, invoices, cash reports, and partner with Store Manager to implement plans and meet targetsProvide exceptional front counter service, address emerging issues with confidence, and ensure customer satisfactionContribute to hiring, seasonal planning, staff performance management, and operate effectively under pressure with sound judgementQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role (preferred)High school diploma or GED equivalent; management training considered an asset.Valid Driver’s LicenseAbility to lift 30–50 lbs. as requiredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team membersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive customer relationshipsCommitment to fostering a safe work environment by promoting the use of PPE and adherence to safety protocolsKal Tire uses AI tools to support parts of recruitment, including but not limited to job posting and pre-screening.
