As a Sales Director, you will play a central role in driving the commercial growth of a leading global supplier of regional aircraft parts and engines. You will be responsible for expanding customer base across airlines and MROs, developing new commercial opportunities, and strengthening relationships across key regional and commuter aircraft platforms. Your work will involve identifying sales opportunities, supporting material acquisitions, and ensuring customers have access to high-demand rotable components, nacelles, structures, and engine LRUs.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with the ability to blend technical product knowledge with strategic business development.

Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in selling airframe rotable parts or components to airlines and MROs

• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow long-term customer relationships, securing pooling agreements, repair management programs, and exchange solutions.

• Strong commercial mindset with experience preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving profitable sales outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability to identify acquisition opportunities for aircraft, engines, and inventory, supporting broader product line strategy.

• Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven, with the ability to travel, manage multiple projects, and operate effectively in a customer-facing sales environment.
