Key Responsibilities:
• Actively recruit new employer partners across sectors
• Conduct impactful employer meetings to promote program benefits
• Identify employer needs and match them with apprenticeship solutions
• Guide prospects through the sales process for partnership closure
• Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and engagement records
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or related outreach
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven ability in outbound sales and effective communication
• Ability to travel within Ontario and maintain a valid G Driver’s license
