Overview Eaton’s Electrical sector is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Services team based out of our Toronto, ON facility. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers benefits from day one.
What will you do?
Engage in the sales of assigned products and services to Western Canada.
Interpret specifications accurately, generate quotations, and communicate with customers, channel partners, and internal operations teams in a timely manner.
Identify sales opportunities and follow up to secure opportunities.
Utilize a combination of sales support techniques to achieve orders and sales goals while delivering customer solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and pricing and communicate with Eaton field service technicians in the region.
Build relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal personnel to enhance long-term business growth. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timelines. Partner with channel to focus and enhance market reputation.
Use pricing tools to complete competitive quotations.

Qualifications Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or Red Seal Electrician Ticket from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of technical inside sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical degree or diploma and CET designation.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the electrical industry.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. Target total compensation range is $102,000 - $120,000 inclusive of the bonus.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
