Job Title  Equipment Rental Specialist
Responsibilities   Inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
Serve as the Company’s front line of contact with the customer to understand equipment needs, negotiate, and place orders.
Demonstrate strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track.
Utilize inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime.
Work with a team to meet customer needs and support business growth.
Qualifications   High School diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s license required
Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities   Previous equipment rental industry experience
Strong customer service & telephone skills
Solid computer and administrative skills
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
Physical Demands  The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Compensation and Benefits   Base Pay Range: 26.85 - 31.88
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
