We are expanding our sales operations and are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to support customer growth, service adoption, and market expansion within the telecommunications space. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a goal-driven environment, engaging customers directly, and turning interest into action. As a Sales Associate, you will focus on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and driving adoption of connectivity services that customers rely on every day.
This is an on-site role that combines customer interaction, consultative selling, and measurable performance goals within a structured and supportive team environment.
- Present a variety of products such as smart home integrations, Wi‑Fi solutions and smart routers, TV & streaming packages, unlimited, prepaid, and international wireless plans and other advanced calling features, and other smart solutions for everyday life.
- Identify sales opportunities by engaging with prequalified leads through direct conversations.
- Conduct solution-focused discussions that highlight value, performance, and usability.
- Confidently guide customers through service selection, plan comparisons, and enrollment, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Consistently work toward and exceed individual performance goals through thoughtful follow-up and proactive engagement.
- Work closely with leadership and peers to execute campaigns and achieve team goals.
- Stay current on service offerings, pricing updates, and promotional initiatives.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and presenting solutions.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward measurable goals.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
- Willingness to learn product details and apply them in real-time conversations.
- Reliability, accountability, and consistency.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, but not required – training is provided.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
